The Billy sweater is knitted almost seamlessly from bottom to top. It features a faux epaulet detail at the armhole, as well as shortened rows at the shoulder.
The sleeves are rolled up from the inside of the sweater, creating a visually interesting sleeve. Knitted in bulky wool, the Billy is a new interpretation of a sweater with modern details, but nevertheless easy to wear.
To make it, you will need approximately (656, 720, 804, 889)(965, 1037, 1122, 1186) meters / (717, 787, 879, 972)(1042, 1134, 1227, 1297) yards of Bulky wool.
I used for both my versions; the Nord et Lune wool from Urso Yarn Co (aubergine version, knitted with two strands) and the Bulky wool from Brebis du Beaurivage (gray version, knitted with 1 strand) and I highly recommend both combinations!
The pattern includes all the instructions for knitting the sweater at home, but does not include the yarn and accessories.
