Items are exchangeable and refundable within 30 days following the date of purchase.
Atelier Bergé items are made by hand. It is therefore possible to find traces of hands behind the work in a few places; for us, this is what gives character and authenticity to our textile objects.
If, however, you are not satisfied with your product, we offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
This, excluding more intimate products such as elastics, scrunchies, headbands, etc.
It is not possible to obtain a refund on knitting and weaving patterns.
